British kirtan group Nirvair Khalsa Jatha (NKJ) has completed a three-week Gurmat Parchar tour in Indonesia and Thailand.
The tour featured kirtan and katha in both English and Punjabi, drawing hundreds of Sangat members who gathered to listen and sing along with the popular kirtani group led by Bhai Harinder Singh.
The tour saw a strong turnout from youth and families, highlighting the importance of bilingual katha in engaging younger generations.
The youth presence was also evident when the jatha went for its maiden programme at the Kajang in 2022 when the Malaysian gurdwara held its centennial celebration. See here.
