MALAYSIA: Favourites K Kalendran and Dilpreet Kaur were no match in their respective categories at the Kuala Lumpur based Sri Dasmesh International School (SDIS) annual cross country race yesterday.
Kalendran came up tops for the senior boys category, trailed by Maalvin Singh, R Danish, Chan Win Yew and Ramveer Singh.
In the senior girls category, Dilpreet beat Manisha Kaur, Seetalprith Kaur, Kimberly Siow and Preeti Dev Kaur.
For Boys Group B, the winners were Rohit, Prabhjoth Singh, Prabhjeeven Singh, Saamir and Akaaljot Singh.
Beverly Siow took the top spot in the Girls Group B, followed by Anandleen Kaur, Shweta Harikanan, Roshenpal Kaur and Tritipal Kaur.
SDIS, established in 2001 as a not-for-profit venture, has since 2014 adopted the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum. It has about 500 students.
