Global insurance-related firm Cunningham Lindsey has appointed Jaswant Singh as an executive director for its Malaysian operations.
Jaswant, a Senior Vice President at Cunningham Lindsey Adjusters (M) Sdn, has been a loss adjuster since 1984.
The company announced his appointment in a statement on 22 Dec 2016, along with the promotion of Aldrin Wong, currently Senior Vice President of Major and Complex Loss, as CEO.
Cunningham Lindsey is a global loss adjusting, claims, management and risk solutions firm.
Jaswant joined the firm in 2003 and became responsible for property and financial lines losses. In 2005 his responsibility extended to liability, financial lines and transit losses.
Lee Seet Chye and Jaswant, both appointed as ED effective 2017, will be responsible for a range of additional Insurer Services, and Liability and Specialty Claims, respectively, according to the company statement.
Many of the adjusters at the firm are experts in their field, from fine art & marine to product recall and environmental liability. They are called upon by insurers, brokers and specialist markets such as Lloyd’s to assess complex high-value claims wherever they occur in the world, according to the company.
