UPDATE 20:30, 23 APRIL: Malaysian Sikhs will not get a chance to meet and greet Canadian national defence minister Harjit Singh Sajjan due to a ‘very tight schedule’.
Harjit is scheduled to begin a three-day official visit to Malaysia starting tomorrow (Monday), fresh from his India visit.

The Sikh team trying to cobble together an impromptu visit announced the latest development in a note released via the social media.
They had tried to organise a meet and greet session with Harjit, one of the five Sikh ministers in the Canadian federal government under Prime Minister Justin Tradeau.
