The director of Court Dispute Resolution in the Singapore Judiciary is among 29 Sikhs recognised in the Singapore National Day Awards 2026.
Dalbir Kaur Jeet Singh received the Public Administration Medal (Silver), making her the sole Sikh recipient of the medal this year. She had earlier received the Long Service Medal in 2022.
Earlier this year, Dalbir Kaur was part of Singapore’s 13-member delegation to the Fourth Meeting of the International Judicial Dispute Resolution Network (JDRN) in Manila, Philippines. The January 2026 delegation was led by Singapore Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon.
Delvinder Singh Bhutter Joginder Singh, a senior assistant director and principal prosecuting officer with the Ministry of Manpower, and Ryan Ashneil Sarjeet Singh, a senior manager with the Government Technology Agency, received the Commendation Medal.
Lt-Col Rajpal Singh Harvinder Singh of the Digital and Intelligence Service received the Commendation Medal (Military), while Tampines Central IAEC chairman Malkit Singh Kartar Singh was awarded the Public Service Medal.
Among the Long Service Medal recipients was Rajpal Singh Santokh Singh, an ambassador with the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi. Five Singapore Armed Forces personnel were also recognised with the Long Service Medal (Military).
