Pointers for KL gathering to send Punjab memo

Wear black. No external banners. No misconduct. Some pointers by organising committee for gathering at Kuala Lumpur today (27 Oct) to present memorandum on Punjab issues to Indian government

ANNOUNCEMENT ON HANDING OVER MEMORANDUM TO THE INDIAN HIGH COMMISSION, KUALA LUMPUR.
3.30pm, 27th October 2015.

1) The sanggat do not have to bring any sort of banner or placards. The managing committee will be distributing standard placards at the assembly point.

2) Parking would be available at Menara Matrade, Jalan Sultan Haji Abdul Shah, Kompleks Kerajaan, 50480, WPKL, as we will be providing shuttle services from Menara Matrade itself to the Indian High Commission. Shuttle services will be available from 3pm-3.30pm. For further information, do not hesitate to contact Manvinder Singh at 014-636 8742.

3) Ample parking is also available at the basement of Mont Kiara building where the Indian High Commission is situated. The sanggat is urged to not park their vehicles by the road.

4) We would highly encourage all sanggat to dress in black attire as a symbol of togetherness. We request the cooperation and discipline of all sanggat throughout the event. There will be security sewadars on duty to help the smooth flow of the event.

We would like to remind all sanggat that this would be a peaceful assembly and no misconduct will be tolerated as neither do we wish to humiliate nor pose a negative impression on the panth.
