Dr Karminder on ‘complete human being’ at Petaling Jaya starting today

Dr Karminder Singh, a Malaysian civil servant and a prominent speaker on Sikhi, is conducting a four day speaking session in conjunction with the Vaisakhi celebration at Gurdwara Sahib Petaling Jaya. It starts today (7 April 2016).

“It’s the story of Sikhi from Guru Nanak to Vaisakhi,” he tells Asia Samachar.

Dr Karminder’s talk is part of an elaborate on-going Vaisakhi kirtan and katha darbar that started on 4 April, with numerous foreign raagi jathas lined up as part o the programme.

In his kick-off lecture today, Dr Karminder will speak on Guru Nanak’s conceptualisation of the complete human being.

In the second lecture, he will look at the contributions of the next three Sikh Gurus: Guru Angad, Guru Amardas and Guru Ramdas.
