A group of Sikhs from the compliance side of banking were spotted at the 9th International Conference on Financial Crime and Terrorism Financing (IFCTF) 2017 in Kuala Lumpur.

“There is a huge scope for anyone interested to join the compliance side of the banking world. Our youth should give it a go,” one of them told Asia Samachar.

The two-day conference – entitled “Future Proofing Compliance: Responsibility and Response-Ability” and organised by Asian Institute of Finance (AIF) and the Compliance Officers’ Networking Group (CONG) – ended on 5 Oct 2017.
