This time around, however, it was not about the investigations into the Malaysia’s state-owned investment fund 1MDB.
Federal Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director Commissioner Amar has been in the media limelight on that major case ever since the new Pakatan Harapan government took over power.
Time time around, the Chinese newspaper had a story on the millions of people who have been victims of money game cases. It seems that only an estimated 0.1% of the victims have actually come forward to report the cases to the authorities.
