Among others, the bikers will participate in an over-night Benti Chaupai reading at GS Police, Penang, on Friday. They will also join the opening ceremony of the new building for Gurdwara Sahib Kalumpang, Selangor.

The other gurdwaras that they will visit are Bercham, Tanjung Rambutan, Tambun, Tanjung Malim, Kalumpang, Serdang, Mantin, Seremban, Port Dickson, Melaka, Muar, Batu Pahat and Pontian.

“We have been doing this tour annually. This year, we are organising on a grander scale,” Maninder Jit Singh Randhawa tells Asia Samachar.

The para legal assistant, who is also running a Punjabi sweet business, said the bikers are from all sorts of backgrounds, including policemen, lawyers, pilots and entrepreneurs.

“We hear many cases of youth getting into drugs and illegal racing. We want to advise our young riders to stay away from them. We also want to share with them riding safety guidelines,” he said.
