Harmandar Singh inducted into Malaysia advertising hall of fame

Innovative and energetic advertising genius Harmandar Singh has been inducted into the International Advertising Association (IAA) Malaysia Hall of Fame.

Ham, as he is better known within the industry circle, has created 400 commercials in his three decades involvement in marketing and brand communications. He is the publisher of the Marketing and ADOI magazine.

Another fellow Malaysian, The Edge Media Group publisher/CEO Ho Kay Tat, was also inducted into IAA Malaysia Hall of Fame as the international body celebrated its 25th anniversary in Malaysia and its 80th year globally on Saturday (17 Nov 2018).

Both has served as past presidents of IIA Malaysia. Ho was the president from 2005 to 2006, while Harmandar from 2011 and 2012.

Harmandar and Ho were inducted in a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (17 Nov 2018) attended by IAA world president Srinivasan K Swamy and IAA Malaysia president John Chacko.
